1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and b8bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing access to and use of the b8bd online casino and sports betting platform available at https://b8bd.app (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you affirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, crash games, promotional bonuses, and customer support interactions.

b8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the b8bd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b8bd enforces a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, voluntary or mandatory, that applies to online gambling platforms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of b8bd or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

b8bd conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have deposit limits applied and will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is completed. In cases where age verification reveals that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned minus any winnings accrued, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. b8bd does not provide legal advice and does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of b8bd services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information whenever circumstances change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered b8bd account. Opening, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. b8bd uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts linked to the individual will be closed, pending balances and winnings will be forfeited, and the individual will be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. b8bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact b8bd support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

b8bd is required to verify the identity of its players as a condition of platform operation. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A valid passport (biographical data page)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months)
• A screenshot or confirmation document from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming ownership of the mobile financial service number used for deposits

KYC documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in digital format (JPG, PNG, or PDF). b8bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so. Processing of KYC submissions is completed within 24 hours in the majority of cases. b8bd will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

b8bd facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified payment methods. The following mobile financial services are accepted on the Platform for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to the player's issuing bank and jurisdiction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your b8bd account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, credits will be applied within 30 minutes.
• b8bd does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees applied by your mobile financial service provider are your responsibility.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your b8bd account.
• b8bd reserves the right to refuse or return a deposit where it cannot verify the ownership of the sending payment method or where anti-money laundering checks require additional review.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposits ("same-source rule") unless an exception is granted in writing by the b8bd compliance team.
• For KYC-verified accounts in good standing, withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3 to 20 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• b8bd does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Fees applied by your mobile financial service provider are your responsibility.
• b8bd reserves the right to apply an additional review period of up to 72 hours to withdrawal requests that trigger risk management thresholds, including unusually large withdrawal amounts or irregular account activity patterns.
• Players must have placed at least one qualifying bet using deposited funds before a withdrawal of a deposit balance is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent abuse of the payment system and is not a wagering requirement in the bonus context.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

b8bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New b8bd members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• A minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the welcome bonus.
• The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering within this period results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• b8bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time prior to its use if there is evidence of abuse, error in issuance, or a change in promotional policy.
• Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through collusion, multi-accounting, or low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine play — will have the bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended pending review.
• Players may decline a bonus by contacting support before any wagering activity on the bonus balance has taken place.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b8bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or using a stolen or unauthorised identity document.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicitly obtained money. b8bd complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including through the sharing of information, coordinated wagering, or seat-switching in live casino games.
• Software Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software or any game to gain outcomes that would not otherwise occur. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of software errors will be voided.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, including for placing bets, spinning slots, or making cashier transactions, without the express written consent of b8bd.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile financial service provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to your b8bd account. Chargeback activity will result in immediate account suspension and pursuit of the outstanding debt through available legal channels.
• Multi-Account Operation: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one b8bd account simultaneously or at any time.

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your b8bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the normal withdrawal procedure. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method. Any outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should state this clearly when contacting support. Responsible gaming closures are processed with priority and include additional safeguards to prevent re-registration for the duration of the self-exclusion period. 7.3 Involuntary Closure by b8bd

b8bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• A legal requirement, regulatory instruction, or court order requiring suspension or termination

Where an account is closed by b8bd due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in full if they were accrued through or in connection with the prohibited activity. In cases of involuntary closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned within 14 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8bd's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service offered thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational harm, or any other intangible losses — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — even if b8bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b8bd does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or data loss at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur. b8bd will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability, including the inability to place or settle a time-sensitive bet.

All games on the Platform are provided by third-party software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). b8bd is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or data inconsistencies originating within third-party game software, beyond its obligation to facilitate the fair resolution of any verifiable technical dispute in accordance with the provider's certified rules.

Nothing in this section limits b8bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by b8bd's own negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
